2.Q: I just purchased this and it constantly falls over. Anyone else with the same problem?
A: 1. The first step is to support the tripod and fix it by rotating screws.
2. After installing the softbox in the second step, fix it by rotating the screws that fix the softbox.
This way, there will be no problems with constant falling.
3.Q: Is the brightness adjustable?
A: It cannot be adjusted. This is a fixed brightness, you can choose a lower wattage bulb, or choose our pro max adjustable model
4.Q: Can these be used without an outlet? This product will work with 220v /60hz.? Please confirm if you can supply with 220v. bulbs.
A: A: No, it needs to be connected to a 120v plug for power supply to achieve continuous constant lighting. If you want to use a 220V plug, then you need to use a 220V bulb. If you need it, you can contact us.
5.Q: I tried to upgrade the bulb but the light won't turn on. What is the maximum wattage on this kit?
A: The energy-saving bulbs in this kit use standard E27 sockets. The 2 x 85W CFL bulbs provided are equal to 800W incandescent bulbs.
